Natural light fills the interiors of our casual Southern California Rustic Beach Oasis.

The home itself is U-shaped -- with high ceilings and glass bordering a lovely terra-cotta-style courtyard with a complete outdoor living room and fireplace. Situated on a cul-de-sac with no other homes on three sides, it provides a secluded and relaxing retreat from which you can explore southern California and fall asleep to the ocean waves at night.

A private key provides access to Zuma Beach across an open field in front of the house with access to the Malibu West Beach Club. Zuma is ideal for surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, parasailing, or just relaxing. The home is near hiking and horseback riding and it's less than one hour from Hollywood, Ventura, Santa Monica (30 minutes), and most of LA's attractions.

It is a private well cared for home and manicured garden offers a delightful and relaxing lifestyle, hit the beach and follow it up with a nice soak in the hot tub. It’s a good life.
