Why they chose this property
This home is brand new and on over an acre of land. Located in one of the most luxuriously exclusive neighborhoods in the State College Area. At the end of a cul de sac and the views of the mountains are everywhere! You will feel like you’re out in the country but you’ll be on campus in minutes, it’s the best of both worlds. This large an open concept home is luxurious, modern, and comfortable. Love coffee? This home comes equipped with the state of the art Terra Kaffe super automatic coffee maker, which makes a variety of coffee and espresso drinks at the push of a button.
The home has some great technology features such as nest thermostat, (2) 65 inch Samsung frame TVs, keypad entry, and many more. You’ll never have an issue with parking as the driveway can comfortably fit 6+ and you can also park more in the cul de sac outside the home.
The outdoor patio is one of the many highlight areas. The gas fire pit was perfectly designed with the mountain views in mind. Watch the sunset over the beautiful mountains fireside!
