Welcome to your Mt Nittany basecamp centrally located for all of your Penn State adventures. This beautiful 4 bedroom house is located on 10 acres on Mt Nittany but still only a few minutes from campus. Whether you plan to stay for a game, a getaway with friends and family, this is the house for you. (Local ordinance requires bookings to be a minimum of 15 nights) It sleeps 10, has a fully equipped kitchen, PSU themed game room in the basement and a 6 person hot tub!

Golf Tournament

Fabulous home in Happy Valley

My family stayed at this wonderful home for our daughter's graduation from PSU! There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy each other especially the lowest level. The PSU themed game room is well thought out space with something for everyone to enjoy! The jacuzzi/hot tub was a big hit with the family too. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious, the bathrooms seem like they have recently been renovated, very nice. Lots of extra blankets to cozy up to the fire. We really made some great memories here, thank you Will!

Exceeded our expectations!

My family and I got together for a post-holiday gathering long weekend, all coming in from different areas of the northeast. We have never rented a house together, so we really weren't sure how it would go. We needed space for at least 3 of the families to stay, including kids. We knew local family would also be popping in regularly. We found this house and it seemed like it met all of our needs, including location. Wow did it exceed expectations! The house was super clean and ready for us. The amenities and room spaces were even better than photographed. Beds, sheets, towels were all luxurious. The kitchen had everything you need to make a big meal, and even included plasticware for kids, which is huge! We had space to spread out and also congregate. I wish the weather was nicer because we might have had a fire outside or played in the yard. All in all, the house was very comfortable for us all, and if we decide to gather again in State College as a group, we will most definitely be booking this house again!
