Private: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (7 x 3 m, depth 90 - 225 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. In the house: WiFi, washing machine. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 900 m, café 1.6 km, bus stop 550 m, sandy beach "Praia de Manuel Lourenço" 1.9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.1 km, surf school 2.4 km, tennis 14.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand Algarve 8.9 km, Zoomarine 6.7 km, Fiesa 6.9 km, Krazy World 13.1 km, Algarve Shopping 8.7 km, Marina Albufeira 4.2 km. Traumhafte Villa

Die Arribas Villa ist ruhig im Tal Rabelho gelegen. Strände und Orte sind mit dem PKW gut erreichbar. Eine genaue Adresse für normale Navis gibt es nicht. Man muss Koordinaten verwenden. Die Villa selbst ist großzügig gebaut und gut und praktisch ausgestattet. Der Pool ist gepflegt. Der Kontakt zum Servicebüro in Guia hilft bei allen Fragen weiter. Den Umgang mit den Schlüsseln muss man trainieren.

Very nice

Stayed for one week at Arribas Villa, it was a wonderfull surprise, nice vila, with all the necessary. Nice rooms with AC and well equiped kitchen. Nice garden area, swiming pool with good conditions both children and adults. Tip: stay in the pool in the moorning, good solar orientation, chose the beach in the affternoon. This will avoid the traffic jam in parking on the beaches in the near area. Good location, near supermarkets (Aldi and Apolonia) and services. Near beachs Gale, Salgados.

Fabulous villa

Villa Arribas is beautiful; clean, spacious, well equipped. Set in a residential area it does not feel touristy. We walked to several beaches, all within 20-30 minute easy stroll. There are supermarkets within 15-20 minute walk. The swimming pool was great and a man came to clean and check it half way through our week. As we arrived late in the evening, it would have been helpful to have had some milk, tea, coffee and bread in the accommodation in arrival and local information.

Tolles Haus, aber leider zu kalt im April.

Tolles Haus, alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Pool und Ausstattung sind prima, alles war sauber und ordentlich. ABER: wir waren wohl die Erstbelegung in 2022 und kamen abends in ein eiskaltes Haus. Die Schlafzimmer ließen sich per Klimaanlage etwas erwärmen, die Bäder und der Wohnbereich sind nicht beheizbar. Der Versuch, den offenen Kamin zu heizen, scheiterte (zog nicht). Am Ende der Woche hatten wir das Haus dann auf Betriebstemperatur, weil wir tagsüber die Sonne reingelassen haben.

Ideaal voor een uitrustvakantie

Ideaal huis voor een uitrustvakantie: groot huis, veel kamers en badkamers, grote zitplaats en keuken, verschillende terrassen, rustig gelegen maar toch vlotte verbinding naar alle zuidelijke delen van de Algarve, zwembad werd twee keer per week gepoetst

Belle maison

Très belle maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Accueil très sympatique à l'agence. Personnel à l'écoute et de bon conseil. Seul petit bémol beaucoup de chiens dans le voisinage qui aboient de concert régulièrement dans la journée. Heureusement pas la nuit.
