EMERALD SKYE - BEAUTIFUL GULF FRONT CONDO & CLOSE TO EVERYTHING IN ORANGE BEACH!

YOU WON'T FIND A MORE BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN ORANGE BEACH!
Our condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is only a few steps behind the condo. Emerald Skye is a low-density building (37 units). Even in the summer the beach is not crowded like the big high rises. The condo is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach and within walking distance on the beach to Coastal restaurant and shops. Cotton's Restaurant, an Orange Beach tradition, is just across the street.
Additionally, it is less than 1/2 mile from three grocery stores and two pharmacies.
'Our Little Get-A-Way' is perfect for a couple or small family to get away for a few days or few weeks! Our condo is on the second floor, so you will not have to wait for an elevator. Enjoy the panoramic views of the Gulf from the living area and large private balcony.

From the moment you open the door you will know this is not an ordinary rental unit. We love the condo and consider it our second home. The large balcony is comfortably furnished for relaxing and enjoying the view. We even have a table for two for romantic evening dinners!

The condominium is very nicely furnished and decorated. The living area is very comfortable and has a 50-inch screen TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with custom cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances (electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and over the counter microwave. It is very well stocked with nice cookware, dishes, and cutlery.

The bedroom is private from the rest of the condo. It has a very comfortable king-size bed, dresser, two nightstands with lamps for reading, a 32-inch flat screen TV, and DVD player.

A bunk bed area in the hall and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area provide for extra sleeping.

Emerald Skye has a heated pool (March - November), picnic area with charcoal grills, and a nice beach side lounge area to sit and read or enjoy the beautiful view. As a bonus to our guests, we provide access to our ground floor storeroom, which contains two very nice beach chairs and umbrella.

A fitness room is located on the ground floor. It is equipped with treadmill, elliptical machine, and stationary bicycle. A full range of hand weights and bench is also available.

This unit is non-smoking. Sorry, no pets permitted.

Parking is limited to one car.

Our stay was for 5 weeks and we felt immediately at home in this cozy, very clean and well appointed condo. It is right on the beach, with great access to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. It has everything we would need to cook our meals and be comfortable while we relax. This is our 5th year, 4 of them in this unit.The owners are friendly and easily to get ahold of if needed. Great communication. We look forward to coming down every year.

This condo was an excellent choice to stay in Orange Beach. The condo was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the unit was nicely decorated. The best part though, was the balcony overlooking the ocean. The furniture was very nice, and it made it so easy to just want to sit there all day. The ocean is so close and the walk to the beach out front is literally just a minute away. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect spot for a beach getaway.

My wife and I have loved the beach our entire married life. Each summer our vacation was taking our two son's to the beach for a week. In 1995 we bought 'Our Little Get-A-Way'. We have enjoyed many happy days at our condo and Orange Beach. Our condo is furnished like a vacation home, not a rental unit.

Why they chose this property

Orange Beach/Gulf Shores is a perfect family beach destination. The Alabama beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world. The area is family oriented with every thing you want to do just a few minutes drive away. The condo is located very close to grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants, but not in the middle of wall to wall condos.

What makes this property unique

The condo next door has a lighted pier. The soft lights reflecting the gulf make a beautiful view at night. The condo is low density and the beach is never over crowded like the "high rise" condos.
