The host was excellent- responsive, took care of one minor issue right away. Easy check in and checkout with great communication. Location is good - near hiking, short drive from downtown, restaurants etc. With dogs we really appreciated how dog friendly the home and yard were. Only recommendation would be some updates such as a paint refresh indoors and the addition of minor things such as hooks in the bathroom and by the front door and some dresser storage in the bedrooms. Thank you for a great weekend!

Spacious, quiet family home in Flagstaff

We stayed here for 4 nights in October 2022 and had a wonderful stay. We were close to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, but also very close to shopping/eating. The kitchen was well stocked with accessories. The only things to be aware of are: the heater that comes on at night is VERY loud! Scared me the first time, but we got used to it. Also, the couches to sit on are very rigid, not comfy for lounging around on, but we were not there a lot, mostly just to sleep and the beds were quite comfy! Thank you for sharing your home.

This place was very comfortable and homey. Upon arrival everything was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen. The backyard and the Adirondack chairs were wonderful for sitting outside enjoying the cool evening air with a glass of wine. Overall very nice place!

My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the late midcentury charm and location in the Smokers neighborhood. We are down Route 66 to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!
