This home is exceptionally clean, beautifully appointed, located in a quiet neighborhood, with great freeway and Flagstaff access. Host is super responsive. This is a terrific home away from home stay, and I hope we can stay there again many times.

Large family room, extremely well stocked kitchen. Beautiful tree filled backyard with plenty of seating. Garage and front driveway was ample space for parking. Location was perfect, just a few minutes from town and very quiet neighborhood. We got to use this space to celebrate the life of my brother. It was a perfect weekend space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortably large well equipped too. Highly recommend this space for your next family retreat to the Pines.

Property is everything as pictured on the listing. Everything was clean and in top condition. Backyard was great for our lab and the deck was a great place to relax. Another plus were the paved trails throughout the community.We would rent again.

This home is wonderful and even nicer than the photos. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is our favorite location in Flagstaff. You can walk, hike and bike directly from the home. The furniture is comfortable and the house has everything you could possibly need (I can almost always find at least a few things to suggest but this home has everything). We appreciate the host providing enough basic supplies for the entire stay and all of the small thoughtful touches like plenty of towel hooks, laundry hampers, shampoo and lotion etc. The outdoor space is fantastic and shady. The home is very clean and modern. Hemal is great to deal with. I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

We've stayed at alot of VRBOs - this home was the best! The place was immaculate, everything looked new, the furniture and beds were comfortable, the host was very accomodating and quick to respond, and the large, fenced backyard was great for the dogs. We plan on staying here again.

Beautiful home with an amazing giant backyard fully equipped with all of the amenities needed to have a great time in Flag! Close to a giant park and plenty of walking trails and minutes from downtown. Loved it!

Relaxing stay over thanksgiving!

The home is beautiful and has a lot of space for our group of 6. Enjoyed the big screen TV and fireplace. Also has large garage for parking our suv inside. Excellent host communication.

Christmas Ski Trip

We had our whole family from AZ and Virginia gather to ski at Snowbowl this past weekend as we all cannot be together on Christmas this year. The house exceeded our expectations and the owner was very informative and welcoming from the very first message exchange. We all agreed we would love to stay at this location again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway from the Phoenix heat! Super clean, well stocked kitchen with literally everything you needed, and optimally designed. The host was wonderful, check in/out was a breeze. My only nitpick is the stairs are slippery so we had to use extra caution going up/down. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a wonderful place to stay!

We stayed a month at this lovely property. It is one of our very favorite places we’ve rented and we travel a lot. The home is immaculate, bright, and well appointed. It looks just like the pictures; there’s no bait and switch here. Beds are very comfortable with nice soft linens. Despite being very active and lively, the neighborhood is very quiet. We loved having the walking paths right there through the beautiful wooded neighborhood. While not walkable, restaurants, shopping, downtown and NAU are a very short car ride away. The backyard is huge and while messy for the dogs between the dirt and tree sap, they had a blast exploring. Host is very responsive, easy to communicate with and handled the few issues very quickly. Main issue was with badly overgrown weeds in the backyard but she had a landscaper out within a couple of days to get rid of them. Check in was very easy, check out as well as they don’t ask you to do too much. The house is set up to be convenient, with an app to open the garage and they’ve even hired someone to come take the garbage and recycling out for you. I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to come back here again and again, as this was truly a five star property.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this property. From he moment we arrived, everything was exactly as describe, if not better. The home was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a stay.The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions. The location was perfect, quite and the most important is very close the ponderosa trail our pups was enjoying the snow.I highly recommended this home/property to anyone looking for a stress free, memorable getaway to Flagstaff.
