Guest Access:

Our guests have access to the entire luxury cottage – two floors with spacious bedrooms, clean, comfortable living areas, four bathrooms, and space for four cars to park comfortably.

We go the extra mile to make sure your stay is full of cherished memories and little touches of luxury, and invite you to enjoy the well-stocked beach equipment, craft coffee bar, and much more! There is an owner’s closet on the main floor under the stairs, which remains locked throughout your stay.

During your stay, you will have access to the resort facilities including the private resort pool. The pool is open between 8 am - 10 pm every day.

Costa Laguna is the perfect place to base yourself to access all of the wonderful water activities available on the Gulf Shore. Take a short walk to enjoy the white, sandy beach, head to the pier for a spot of fishing, or grab the paddle boards to catch some waves – you can do as much or as little as you want! A short drive away is the OWA amusement park, plenty of restaurants, and the Alabama Gulf Coastal Zoo, so you’ll never be short of family-friendly activities.

Costa Laguna is built on pilings. To access this beach house, you will need to climb a set of stairs to the private entrance. There is also a flight of stairs inside the house to reach the second-floor bedrooms.

Enjoy an easy self-check-in so you can start your vacation as soon as you arrive. You will receive a code for a lock box with instructions two days before arriving. Check-in at 4 pm and check-out by 10 am.

Please note that a signed rental agreement is required to secure a booking at Costa Laguna. The rental agreement will be sent to you on the day of booking and will need to be signed within 48 hours to finalize the booking.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to help cover you for situations such as unforeseen cancelations, weather related issues, etc.

Our stay was amazing! The cottage was absolutely perfect and the Sandi was super responsive. I don’t have one negative thing to say about our stay and our expectations were exceeded in every way. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the location can’t be beat. There were little extras like phone chargers that I didn’t anticipate but they made our trip even more special. Book this place now!

Spring break family trip

This was the perfect place for a vacation getaway with the family! It was a great space for all of our little kiddos and right there by the pool and a short walk to the beach. Coffee bar was such a nice touch and much appreciated with our early mornings. Sandi was a wonderful host, exceptionally nice and always quick to respond. Definitely would stay here again!

PreK Graduation trio including grandparents

This property was perfect to host a Prek graduation trip filled with the 4 year old's favorite cousin, sibling and grandparents. The spot was very convenient as it looked over the pool. Great Spring Break Trip for our Family!

My mom, sister and myself brought some of the kiddos in the family down for spring break. This was a last minute trip and boy - did we luck out! This property was spotless. Check in was super easy! I’ve stayed in a lot of condos/vacation rentals - and I must say Sandi has provided everything you could want or need here! Beach gear, kitchen gadgets - you name it! She was a kind, accommodating & gracious host - We will gladly be back!

Beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed.

This place was amazing from start to finish. The furniture, beds, and linens are all good and comfortable quality. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location in front of the pool was great for everyone and especially keeping tabs on the kids. Good beach supplies and paddle boards provided were very helpful. Truly an easy walk to the beach. We also found the paid parking by the beach access point great for taking the heavier item in our pickup to the beach. The beach location was never too crowded even on July 4th weekend. Great restaurant and store less than a mile away, The Beach House Kitchen and Cocktails and Waves Groceries.

Family Time

Beach cottage was amazing. Clean and lots of water pressure. Beautifully decorated with access to beach chairs and boards. Thank you. Tubs and showers drained great!!! We will make sure to not come during beach fest. Although we came in on the last night, some of the neighbors were pretty rowdy and we had to call the police (around midnight) to quiet things down for our young grandchildren. However, this was our mistake. We should have researched better and known about beach fest. Thank you for letting us make some wonderful family memories at your beach cottage! Would love to come back.

Spring Break 2023

We had a wonderful stay at Sandi’s beach cottage! The cottage was very clean, spacious and perfect for our stay. We had two families so the two master bedrooms were so nice to have. The kids all had a blast sharing the rooms in between. The walk to the beach was quick and Sandi had all of the gear we needed…..chairs, umbrella, sand toys and a wagon to get it all transported. We also had a perfect view of the pool. It was so easy to watch the kids as we enjoyed relaxing on the patio. I was also happy that the pool was never too crowded which was something I worried about before we arrived. We were always able to find chairs no matter the time of day. Last but not least…..Sandi was an awesome host! She responded immediately to all questions and requests. She went above and beyond to take care of us. We were all so impressed. Thank you for a great week, Sandi!

This place is perfect- It had the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The two master suites made it perfect for two families (9 people total). The location looking over the pool was very enjoyable. It wasn’t far to the beach access and there was ample parking if you decide to drive. The host nailed it with the extras….coffee bar, paddle boards, beach chairs, games, etc. The owner also had a grill and utensils delivered so we could grill out during our stay. Will definitely be a return customer!

Great experience

The home was great. It was clean and there was a decent amount of beach accessories provided for us to use. We had multiple young kiddos so the location across from the beach and 5-7 min walk wasn’t as great as being right on the beach, but it was very manageable with a public restroom on the beach for use so you didn’t have to walk back to the home. There was also a nice walking trail on the lagoon right behind the house. Sandi was a great host and very timely in her responses. We notified her of the beach tent being broken and she had one InstaCarted the next day!
