Close to dwntwn Palm Springs, local parks, shopping centers & yummy restaurants. 3 blocks from PS Convention Center. You will love this very private, large 4 bdrm family friendly home. Two master Bedrooms! Hardwood floors. French doors opening to pool frm living room & bedrooms! Lrge living & dining rm for family get-togethers. Large stocked kitchen. Steam shower in Master Bedroom. Jacuzzi is complimentary. Private pool. Pool heat is $100 a day extra. There is a $325 cleaning fee. City Taxes are collected when you finalize your reservation. VRBO collects all taxes. Lots of room in central Palm Springs

Very Roomy

The house was very roomy and set up nicely for multiple adults. Good water pressure with enough hot water. Backyard had a pool and spa with plenty of seating on the deck area. Location was great for our needs.

We stayed at the property for a short visit and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations. There were several cleanliness issues upon arrival, including hair in the shower drain, dirty bowls in the kitchen cabinets, and food debris in the outdoor area.The jacuzzi jets functioned, but the heating system did not work at all during our stay. We contacted the host multiple times for assistance; however, communication was inconsistent and the issue was not resolved. The jacuzzi was one of the amenities that appealed to us when booking the property, so this was particularly disappointing. The garbage disposal was also not functioning.The home was also very warm at night, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. There were no screens on the windows or ceiling fans in the master bedrooms and one of the Master bedroom window’s was secured shut and could not be opened.When we provided feedback, the host was dismissive and defensive, and the tone of the response was unprofessional.I’m sharing this feedback so future guests can make an informed decision.

We were genuinely disappointed to read your review, especially given the extent to which our team worked with you throughout your stay. For clarity, the property is professionally cleaned after each stay and inspected prior to each arrival, and no issues were found with the drains, kitchenware, outdoor areas, or spa either before check-in or after departure. None of the concerns referenced in your review were reported during the more than 30 communications we exchanged with you throughout the weekend. During your stay, the majority of your communications were requests that we adjust the home and spa heat remotely, despite detailed instructions posted in the home explaining how to do so independently. Nevertheless, at your request we set the house temperatures and adjusted the spa to 104°F remotely each time you asked, and our monitoring system confirmed that the spa reached 104F each time it was activated. As noted in the house instructions, for equipment protection the spa cannot remain running continuously while guests are away, as doing so can damage the motor. The spa would not remain heated while guests are out. Despite the volume of texts and emails received during your stay, our property manager made every effort to accommodate your requests promptly and professionally. As the owner of the home and someone committed to my guests’ experience, I personally stepped in after receiving your unexpected complaints to address the concerns you conveyed the morning of your checkout and provided my direct phone number. You did not respond to my outreach, so the suggestion that we responded with indifference is simply inaccurate and unfair. We take pride in maintaining the home carefully and supporting our guests, and both prior to and after your stay our consistent five-star reviews reflect that record. We were disappointed by this outcome given how hard our team worked to accommodate you and your guests. If there are any concerns at check-in, we always encourage guests to notify us immediately so we can address them right away and ensure the stay is as comfortable as possible. Reviewing the house and pool instructions and adjusting the temperature settings directly allows guests to customize the environment exactly to their preference.

Family fun

Paseo Gracia was great for our family! The location was ideal and we spent time everyday in pool and hot tub. We appreciated all the space and privacy too. Tina, the property manager, was helpful and responsive. We loved the huge refrigerator and the outdoor one as well. This is set up so well for those groups that like to gather, cook and enjoy being outside.

Spring Break Family Vacation

We hosted our daughter and her family for a spring break trip at the property. The house had more than enough room for the four adults and 2 children. The children (2 & 5 years old) loved the pool and outdoor area. The location was very convenient for trips to downtown Palm Springs, Palm Springs hiking, and Joshua Tree. Arrival was very easy, with the house just 5 minutes from the airport. We also appreciated being close to shopping and playgrounds. We would definitely stay here again!

Dessert Oasis

The property manager and owner were very responsive. House was very quaint but could have been a little cleaner. Lost power on first night which apparently was scheduled. Would have been nice to have been told as alarm went off and some of use cpatmachines
