perfect desert staycation

Our group had a fantastic stay. The place was super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host and the property team were incredibly communicative and made check-in and any questions a breeze. It's located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that still felt close to everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Mid Century Modern Family Getaway

We enjoyed our getaway at this mid century modern home. The house has ample space, with areas for all to relax and spend time together. We loved the pool and outdoor areas as well as the neighborhood and close proximity to downtown Palm Springs. Paul was responsive and a great host - we look forward to staying here again!

The property and the location was superb! It was very well equipped with everything we needed! The host kindly heated the pool for us in advance of our arrival in readiness for our grandson. The house was immaculate beds extremely comfortable, everything we could have wished for and more. We really hope to return!

Las Palmas Paradise

This place was PERFECT for our tight-knit group of eight. All of the bedrooms were spacious and had their own en suites, the common areas were lovely, the kitchen was well-stocked with handy tools and the pool was absolutely divine! The property manager Fred was also fantastic at communicating and making sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Good place, very close to Palm Springs Downtown

The house is huge. Pool is heated. All appliance work as expected. This is not the house thing but Palm Springs thing, make sure to take some drinking water for yourself. Otherwise it was a great place.

Spacious Home

This house was well suited for our group of 4 adult couples. With two bedrooms on each end of the house, each with its own bathroom, we all had plenty of privacy. There are several common spaces to eat, play games, do puzzles and enjoy one another’s company. The outside pool and grill area was enjoyed by all. Kitchen is large and well equipped. Neighborhood is quiet and the house is within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. We had a great time and would return to this house.

Nice house

The house was large, clean and as described. Our group had a wonderful time in Palm Springs. Communication was a little difficult at first (new manager) but got better as the week went on. House is a bit more run down than I expected, but clean and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Fridge went out 1/2 way through our stay and the manager had a new one there in 8 hours!! Overall I recommend the property and we would stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous rental for our family getaway!

We loved the layout of the house with spacious bedroom suites and pool area with plenty of places to lounge or sit together to eat. Making meals was easy with the well-stocked kitchen & barbecue area. So impressed with the huge collection of table games & pool toys & so many other thoughtful items to make our stay comfy, entertaining & enjoyable. We'd love to return again! ***Just a FYI, the pool guy came on day 2 & discovered the heater was on! We all thought that the water was unusually warm due to the 100 degree plus weather, so didn’t even think to check the heater. So somehow the heater was left on before we even arrived. After he turned it off, the water was much cooler. A few recommendations - The highchair was a godsend for us! Surprised it wasn’t mentioned among the amenities – definitely recommend that you add it to your write-up :-) Young families would find this helpful. (we didn’t need to use the stroller or booster seat but both are bonuses you could also highlight) Also, it would be very helpful to mention in the write-up that bath soap & shampoo are not included – not a big deal, but more convenient for guests to easily pack those instead of having to make a run out to the store. Also, while the SUMMARY SECTION accurately lists the number & location of showers & tub, your write-up mentions several tubs. This was confusing.

Great Stay

We recently stayed at the Old Las Palmas property and had an amazing time. The property was perfect for our size group - we're celebrating my daughter's high school graduation with a few of her friends. The bedrooms were well appointed and house well stocked with everything needed. There were pool toys and games and the backyard patio, bbq, pool and hot tub were all great. Fred the property manager was extremely helpful and available. The check-in directions were perfect and helpful book in the house for all instructions were great. We had an amazing time and would recommend this house.

We stayed with a group of friends who all raved about how amazing the property was. The open layout accommodated 8 of us perfectly. The jacuzzi was amazing after a long day. This stay exceeded all of our expectations and was definitely worth what we paid. Also Fred the property manager was super accessible and willing to answer any questions we had.

Why they chose this property

Casa De Las Palmas sits next door to our sister property Casa Monte Vista. As they are neighboring properties we have a connecting gate between the houses so two families can vacation together. Inquire with the host for larger parties!

What makes this property unique

This is a very large and spacious home and the rooms are all over sized. The house wraps around the pool and the outdoor entertaining area has spectacular mountain views.
