M45 is a great house with an incredible integration of the colonial on the facade and foyer blending with the modern as you walk through the house to discover the big pool surrounded by vegetation, a true oasis on the city.
This house is really quiet and peacefull for being located in centro, you have the comfort of an excellent location just 2 blocks from Paseo and great restaurants and bars, but far enough to be at peace enjoying the property.
