The unit is about a 5 minute ride from Kendall Village Center which has many shops and restaurants around! And about a 7 minute car ride from Town and Country which has restaurants, shops and nightclubs.

Convenient location

This is a clean spacious property in a convenient location for us. Our only complaint was that the mattresses and sheets were not very comfortable. But, my daughter lent us a foam topper and some nice sheets and it made all the difference.

Its close to home and I’m very familiar with the area!

What makes this property unique

You get two parking passes instead of one (in this condo you normally only get one parking pass). Location is great! Sprouts is only a 2 minute walk (along with many restaurants, cafes, etc!) The kitchen has been completely renovated too.
Aside from that, you get many essentials for your stay (toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo/shower gel, laundry detergent, paper towels, cleaning supplies!).
Im take a lot of time to make sure everything is perfect the day you check in (I do an inspection after the cleaning crew leaves and will send you pictures of the unit so you know everything is in order). Im meticulous on anything that has to do with my property and making sure my guests have a stellar stay is my number one priority!
