This beautiful one bedroom condo sits right right on the beach. You will have a perfect view of the ocean from your balcony. If you are more of a pool person, we have those for you too! You will have access to amenities such as pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness center, on site restaurant, etc. You can easily walk to an assortment of shops and restaurants nearby.

This is a non-smoking unit. Any signs of smoking with attract an additional cleaning fee of $500.

Not luxury as listed

The room was not clean. There were no blankets on beds. No baking sheets or anything of the nature to cook with. The pull out couch is broke and warped so you can’t pull it out. The dryer was terrible and I finally packed my wet clothes in trash bags to take home after about the 4th time tying to dry them. I will never stay in this room again. The worst experience I have ever had at The Summit.

Awesome get away!

Very nice place to stay. Very clean! Highly recommend for a small family vacay. We will be renting again in the future.

Wonderful time.

This condo was just as described. Everything was clean and just about anything you need is right there. The view from the balcony was exceptional too.
