The location was especially nice because it was the same block as the ocean. We enjoyed having it close and going to bayside too. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby too.

Place was clean and close to beach, I was happy we didn’t have to cross the major road. Communication with owner was easy and he responded immediately. I would definitely come back.

The rental was exactly as described. Quite comfortable. I reached out to Vladimir about a few things prior to our visit and he got back to me right away. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

Deceiving pictures

The unit was not cleaned very well. Sand every where including the shower. Burn holes on couch. Nothing had been swept under the beds. Smelled like cat pee on couch. Laundry room dryer kept getting stuck and would eat the quarters. If you got it to start it wasn’t dry after an hour. Over all location was good and it was quiet.

Online description/photos were misleading. As advertised, I expected a washer/dryer in the unit, but there wasn't. I also expected to have the outdoor balcony seating area, which was pictured. We were in the end unit & didn't have this available to us. Also, the bathroom was a flight of stairs down. This was not mentioned in the description. After using the steps to enter the apt, we thought it would be 1 level inside. The steps inside & outside finally took a toll on us & we actually left a day early because of this. Overall the apt was cozy. I would suggest doing something else in the bathroom, covering the water heater in another way. The space is covered with a curtain & it looks tacky. One other suggestion is to put a toiletries shelf, maybe just a suction stick on one in the shower.

When we got to the property there was hair and sand on the floor and in the dresser drawer. We had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the property properly. Vladimir was easy to contact. The property location was good for the beach and restaurants but it was very small.
