Would stay there again!

Super clean, newly remodeled and really cute. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and sitting area. Easy place to stay and get to other places in Waco such as Magnolia farms with a car. Would definitely try to rent again if I returned to Waco.!

Lovely Little House

This cottage was very cozy and comfortable. It was in great condition and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive when we had any questions or concerns. We enjoyed our visit.

Quaint, Quiet Waco Stay

This was the perfect place for a quick Waco visit. Decor was adorable, everything we needed was already thought of and the host was great at responding to my questions and made great suggestions for local places to visit. Just a few minutes from all the places to see in Waco; we can’t wait to come back!

Loved our visit!

The home was beautiful inside and so inviting! Communication was always quick and easy. We had everything we needed! We even locked ourselves out of the house one night and the owners quickly answered our call and we there within 15 minutes to let us in. Highly recommend! And LOVED the close proximity to everything Waco/Magnolia!

Girls’ Weekend

Very lovely, modern home with all of the amenities/supplies you could need. Seriously these ladies thought of everything! They were also very attentive and responsive to any questions/needs we had during our stay. We had a wonderful time!

Such a homey stay!

We came to town for my Graduation from Baylor and I'm SO glad we went with this VRBO! We were comfortable and relaxed and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the house was well outfitted. When I had a question, the owner was very quick to respond and was VERY helpful! Thank you for such a relaxing, wonderful, memorable weekend!!!!

Textana Cottage is a lovely cottage and perfect for my stay in Waco

Really cute cottage with a great location and close to all the fun spots in Waco, such as Magnolia, Cameron Park Zoo, and a fun and vibrant downtown. Cottage is clean and very well put together. Organized with amenities galore! Audra was easy to work with and responsive to our every need! This place was awesome and we would stay again if given the opportunity.

Adorable, Clean and so many Amenities

The place was just adorable - the finishes were so well done - just great. The cleanliness was perfect. The amenities are too numerous to mention them all - comfortable beds, kitchen appliances, dishes and cooking utensils numerous, washer/ dryer great, big shower, nice TV and Wi-Fi, coffee bar made morning great, etc. Location was close to Baylor, museums and downtown. Overall - very very happy!!

Nice CLEAN house. Comfy beds. There are minimal street signs which makes it hard to find. Additionally, the streets are gravel and sometimes you aren’t certain it’s the road!

Great place for any Baylor trip

We had a great experience! Dropped off our daughter for her freshman year at Baylor and wanted a place that was close, comfortable and provided living space a hotel wouldn’t offer - Chic Cottage/Textana was just that! Property was exactly as the pictures showed, was very clean and newer furnishings that were in great condition. We really appreciated the little touches throughout that property that made it feel like a home away from home. The only hesitation we had at first was the neighborhood looking a little rough, but we had no issues throughout our stay. We will be staying here again upon our next visit to Waco!

Great Stay

Although small, this property is perfect size for small group. This property is very clean, updated, and well stocked (dish-ware, cookware, spices, coffee/tea, etc)!! The bedding was very comfortable. I had a few questions for the host and she was very responsive and helpful!! My only critique would be the shower basin (shower pan) is a bit slippery when wet and some grip pads (or whatever those things are called) might be helpful with non-slip surface. Other than that it was great!!
