• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
• GRILL:
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

House was very spacious and in a great location…we enjoyed our stay. The pool area was great for taking a dip after a long day. Convenient to the community pool areas.
Some of the house furniture is showing the wear and tear of being a rental, but they still function…
This is a great property with lots of room. We were a family of 5 and everyone had their choice of rooms with easy access to bathrooms. Everything was very clean. We went to Universal for 3 days so we didn't spend a lot of time at the house but the time we did was relaxing. We really loved having our own driveway to park in. We never had time to use the pool at the house or the StoryLake slides or lazy river ride but maybe next time.
This is one of the best stays we had. We have a big company and it’s always hard to find the place that everyone will like and everyone will fit. This place was perfectly clean , location was very convenient to different stores very close to disney . What was very convenient is that they were picking up the trash every day . Even though the neighbors were very close they all were cool . we would definitely stay in this house again.
House was great, However the management company was not.
Let me start off by saying, that the house itself was very nice and clean. My family and I loved it. However, when it comes to communication with the management company it was horrible. You can only email them. We arrived on Saturday the 18th and by Wednesday, I started calling about the pool turning green.When I called the maintenance number for emergency said they put a work order in for it to be looked at. Now in the meantime, I already told them that the pool like was broke as well. After not hearing back about the pool being cleaned, I called again on Thursday and emailed them. I was told that the pool company couldn’t come out until the next day (Friday). By this time, the pool was green. When the pool tech came out Friday morning, he was shocked at how dirty and green the pool was and told us that they never called about putting in a work order. He took pictures and sent them to his boss. When I emailed the management company about this, they said that they did put it in and if they didn’t then the pool people wouldn’t be there now cleaning it. I wrote back stating that the pool tech guy told us that they come out every Friday morning to clean the pool and if they would have called, they would have been here right away. When asked about being compensated for our trouble, the management company went radio silent and I haven’t heard from them.
