Beach Club Avalon 1707 has it all! From the 17th floor, you will enjoy a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and a sandy white beach from the living room, master bedroom and balcony!

Relax in the beautiful Gulf Side Avalon pool and hot tub or stroll down the boardwalk to the endless beach far from the crowds. Use the beach cart to get all your things to and from the beach! The owner is a member of The Clubhouse, so guests may access amenities, see details below.

The king master bedroom privately adjoins a double sink vanity with a walk-in closet and a large jetted tub. The queen guest room privately adjoins a full bath. The hallway half bath is convenient for all. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for meal preparation. The appliances are full size and includes a dishwasher. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer and can opener are provided. The washer/dryer is conveniently located by the kitchen. Bed, couch, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Bring your beach towels. A "One Day" supply of these basic items are stocked for your convenience: coffee, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, clothes detergent, trash bag, toilet tissue, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please bring your make up removal wipes.

Without additional fees, you may patron the fine dining restaurant and bar, with outdoor dining, located on the second floor of The Clubhouse and the salon and spa on the first floor of The Clubhouse. Also, you may patron the casual sports bar and restaurant, ice cream/coffee bar, and the beach supply and apparel shop near the entrance of the property. Seasonally, a tram runs throughout the property, but you may enjoy the scenic walk and stop off a very nice playground with slides and swings. Bring your bicycles or pack a basket ball, there is a basketball goal on the West end of the property. Also, you may rent beach loungers, pay for parasailing and other activities on the beach at the club desk. Loungers with umbrella rental prices vary based on the number of setups and days rented. However, inexpensive beach chairs and items can be purchased locally, but are not supplied by the owner.

The owner is a member of The Club, so the clubhouse private amenities are available with a daily fee which is to be paid in person at The Club Desk for the days you choose, if any. The price varies based on the number of days used, but usually averages about $40.00 per day per condo, not per person. Enjoy a Gulf View from the club's private amenities: Indoor pool, outdoor community pool with seasonal entertainment, hot tub, tiki bar and grill, fitness center. The private amenities, also, include: access to the luxurious separate ladies and gentlemen's locker rooms with showers and saunas, world class clay tennis courts, children's activities and other poolside events and use of basketballs for the courts.

The property and the amenities were awesome!

Enjoyed the unit and the property amenities. Sunset views from the balcony were amazing. Gulf waters were comfortable as was the pool. Details of what is included in the unit are exact, so bring any additional items to make your stay comfortable.

A relaxing one month stay with a great view and ideal balcony furniture

We picked this condo because of the dates available (mid January to mid February) and the photos of the balcony furniture. The outdoor wicker sofa & swivel glider chair, lounge chair, and polywood round table and 4 chairs fit our needs perfectly. We spent a lot of time on the balcony viewing beach activities, reading, and listening to the ocean. Also, the balcony electric grill and living room's two recliner chairs were an added bonus. The rooms were nicely decorated. All else was pretty standard for this type of condo. All major appliances worked well. Communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. We will be coming back next year to the same condo.

Relaxing weekend

This property was great and the view was spectacular. Very family friendly and close enough to Gulf Shores for those favorite activities that the kids love. If you're a history lover then Ft. Morgan is a great place to visit only $20 for a family of 4. Lots of stairs to climb so keep that in mind for little ones.

Beach trip

The resort is clean, friendly, and steps from the beach. The photos were accurate and the condo was better than expected. We have stayed in the Ft Walton, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach area for years and this was our favorite place to stay. The balcony was spacious and had plenty of seating. Just a wonderful place to stay.

Great vacation!

The condo was clean & smelled fresh! There was plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family on the balcony. We enjoyed the views from the 17th floor & could still hear the waves but not the noise from pool activity. We would definitely like to make a return trip & stay at this condo again soon!

Comfortable & Well Decorated

This condo made our stay more relaxing. Had to do some cleaning upon arrival but once that was complete we enjoyed our stay. The floor had something spilt and was sticky throughout. We had long black strands of hair on our bedding. The outside grill has not been cleaned therefore we did not use it. There is mold near the ventilation fan in the master bathroom that needs to be addressed. The list continues…. Definitely needs more thorough cleaning but all in all the condo was very comfortable. The check in/out process was not made very clear leaving us a bit lost on whether to just enter the unit or not. Better communication would be highly recommended. The condo was decorated great providing much needed relaxation.

Right on the beach.

Excellent view of the gulf from bedroom and balcony. Swimming pool and hot tub provided. Had no problems whatsoever with this room. Would definitely recommend this place for families.

Love the location, condo was in updated condition other than a couple minor maintenance issues which should have been addressed before arrival, like the master tub not draining, half bath toilet kept flushing… Bathrooms were updated and clean. Kitchen was equipped all your needs with a keurig, new knives, but no blender. Although could use some storage containers like Pyrex. Pantry was half full of paint, drywall items so limited space. There is an electric grill on patio which is wonderful and easy to use. Patio furniture is durable… uncomfortable but durable. Communication with owner is nonexistent. Tried calling, emailing and nothing. So good luck trying to get a hold of them if you need anything or have any questions prior to arrival
