Perfect location. walking distance to the beach and the riverfront. plenty of shops, clubs and eating establishments nearby. Parking is very tight especially if you drive a truck.

Second time staying at this place. Always clean and has what you need. Mattress could use an update. Not the most comfortable. Great location. Close to food and bars and the beach is a short walk away. Would probably stay again

I think the Rental Service did a very good job of providing information via their web portal and emails. The place itself was fine, it’s a great location if you want to be near the Central Flagler Avenue area. Overall, it was comfortable, clean, and had the amenities needed for a basic stay. The only real problems we had were that there were not many electric outlets, there was no bedside reading lamp in the bedroom, and the Internet was rather slow.

Perfect Little Apartment in a Great Location

This apartment for a couple looking for an alternative to all the expensive local hotels. Right in the heart of Flagler avenue near all the popular bars and restaurants within a few blocks of the beach.

I like the fact that it sleeps four, but it's not a good idea when someone who has to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom at night when people are sleeping in the bedroom

Really nice

It’s a nice and quiet neighborhood, most of the shops there are a good walking distance, the people here are really friendly as well. The condo itself was really clean and I was never uncomfortable. I didn’t have any problems with the stairs but for anyone who wants to know there are stairs that you have to go up to one way or another. So don’t pack to heavy :) .
