Nestled between the tall pines, this cozy cabin is an amazing mountain getaway central to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and Brian Head Ski Resort! Whether it’s just the two of you or your two families, Backwoods Bonanza is the perfect spot for your high-elevation destination!

MAIN LIVING SPACE
This upscale cabin has tons of space for everyone to feel extremely comfortable! Inside, you'll be welcomed into the open kitchen/dining/family room space beautiful indoor fireplace. The large sectional sofa and armchairs are super comfy and the perfect spot to relax after a day or play.
KITCHEN & DINING
The gourmet kitchen has plenty of space to make your favorite meals with modern appliances and beautiful stone countertops. You'll find everything you need to prepare your meals. The dining table comfortably sits up to 6 people plus there's 4 seats at the kitchen counter.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The cabin is positioned on a .46 acre mountain-side lot with incredible views all around. Enjoy the fire pit while looking up at the crystal clear night skies. The large deck has lots of seating for everyone and a propane grill along the outdoor private hot tub that seats up to 8 and feels amazing after a long day of skiing, hiking, or riding!

Located in the heart of Duck Creek Village guests are just minutes away from all the restaurants, gas station, grocery store and other services on the mountain.
Within just an hour drive guests can also access the following attractions:

- Cedar Breaks National Monument - 25 min
- Panguitch Lake - 33 min
- Brian Head Ski Resort - 40 min

You'll navigate the neighborhood on the dirt roads surrounded by tall pines making for a peaceful mountain environment. We highly recommend driving 4-wheel drive in the winter as the roads up the canyon can be icy. There's plenty of parking right outside the cabin on the gravel driveway for as many cars as your group will have.
- POLICIES -
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
-Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests.
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
- No foods or drinks beyond kitchen area
- If hot tub towels used you are responsible for washing and replacing them
-No outdoor shoes could be worn inside
-DO NOT CARVE ON THE TREES!!!
- NOTE: Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the cabin. The camera does not look into any interior spaces
- 4WD and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
Fire Pit Guidelines
Pit Construction:
-The pit must be at least 18 inches deep and made of non-burnable material.
-Add 6 inches of gravel at the bottom for safety, making the total depth 24 inches.
-Clear out ashes regularly to keep the pit depth at 18 inches.
Safety:
-Keep the pit 15 feet away from anything that can burn.
-Clear 6 feet around the pit of anything that can catch fire.
-Always have someone 18 years or older watching the fire.
-Have at least 10 gallons of water or a hose nearby.
Firewood:
-Use short pieces of wood that fit inside the pit.
-Keep the flames under 2 feet high.
