At the end of a cul-de-sac this light and bright Sagaponack South has a cathedral ceiling living room with fireplace, open kitchen to dining room, four large bedrooms, ample loft TV room, partially finished basement with full bath and sauna and spectacular huge grassy yard ready for soccer, lax, football, frisbee or entertaining. The heated pool is enclosed by a fence and high hedges to ensure privacy. A Jeep for beach transportation included, complete with beach parking and beach driving stickers. A race bike included. Dog friendly.

What makes this property unique

The backyard used to be part of an actual soccer field! It's entirely flat and great for playing games. The front and side yard is more shady with trees. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the back lawn.

The back yard can be fenced off separately from the pool for dogs.

We have lots of books and a grand piano in the living room.
