Large private studio apartment above the carport with lake view only. 14 stairs to the private upper deck for apartment access. No private boat slip. The Union public boat ramp is .06 miles from the apartment, so bring your boat or personal watercraft for a day of lake fun. Water access across the road belongs to neighbors. Chuck's Maina is less than 1/4 mile from the apartment. Check their Facebook page for entertainment. Auburn is 25 minutes from the apartment, and Auburn Stadium is 30 min. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. The apartment has a full-size bed with memory foam and a queen-size sofa bed with extra memory foam added with set-up requests.
