This place was absolutely perfect for bringing our family together to celebrate our mom’s 70th birthday. From the moment we arrived, everyone felt relaxed, comfortable, and genuinely happy with everything the home had to offer. The amenities were fantastic, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, everyone slept wonderfully each night, which made the whole experience even better. The peaceful neighborhood added such a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and being so close to everything Arvada has to offer was a huge bonus. It truly felt like the ideal home away from home for such a special occasion. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, comfortable stay!

Ample space for family to gather

Nice large kitchen and dining on main floor, living room only in basement. Bedrooms were smaller but beds were comfy. Nice shower heads. One thing missing is an exhaust fan for the stovetop in the kitchen but opening the back door and front window worked to air out kitchen doing lots of cooking. Game room downstairs for kids was great and Kept them entertained-basketball And an arcade game.
