Conveniently located at the 23 mile marker. Walk to Square Grouper for lunch or dinner. Have a cocktail at "My New Joint" after a day of fishing and fun. Diving, snorkeling or fishing? You can launch your boat nearby at Cudjoe Gardens Marina. Dock the boat on the 60’ dock in back of the house. An outside freezer is provided for your fish and bait.
Relax on the screened porch overlooking the canal and dock.
Tropical plants decorate the fenced in yard. The gate and hedge surround contribute to the private and serene grounds.
Everything in the keys is within comfortable driving distance.
Great boating access to Atlantic and Gulf. Short boat ride to world class diving and snorkeling at Looe Key.

Why they chose this property
I started coming to the Keys with my father and brothers in early 1980's. We stayed all along the Keys and found this area the most convenient and laid back. I introduced my wife to the Keys and she now enjoys it as much as I do. You can travel anywhere in the Keys and return with time to spare in the day.
