Private Vineyard Estate w/ Guest House & Hot Tub
Truly a unique property perched atop a 2 acre vineyard with over 1,700 vines. Relax on one of the many outdoor decks sipping wine by the firepit and taking in the panoramic views, or play a game of pool in the game room. Other entertainment features include indoor and outdoor foosball tables, Ms Pacman classic arcade with over 50 games, ping pong, tether ball, corn hole (bean bag toss), expansive play structure, large outdoor BBQ, hot tub, TV's in all bedrooms, and Atari game system. The home layout is ideal for families or friends, with 4 bedrooms in the main house and the convenience and privacy of a separate Guest House with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom.
Guests will enjoy private access to the entire property, including the house, the casita (one bedroom detached guest house) and all outdoor entertainment spaces.
Other things to note:
This is not a party house. No events or gatherings allowed. Also, there are no day guests allowed, over the guest count you cite on your reservation. Please just be up front with us regarding the number of guests you plan on having.
We live in a quiet residential neighborhood and have a strict no noise policy between 10pm - 7am. Our neighbors are very noise sensitive and will call us or police if there is excessive noise after 9pm. Please be respectful of our neighbors and community.
The main house is over 2,600sf with 2 shared full bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms. There is a small bedroom with 2 twin beds that is attached to Bedroom #2. To access the sleeping space, you must go through the bedroom #2. There is a door between the two rooms for privacy.
The detached 1 bedroom guest house is approximately 600sf and located just steps from the main house. The guest house has a full kitchen, 1 full bathroom and a comfortable living room with a couch that converts into a twin bed for extra sleeping options. Great for extended families, friends or use as a master suite!
We have beach chairs and two coolers for your use if needed.
There is no street parking available. Please drive slowly on the one lane road to house. Driveway parking allows for a max of 6 cars.
The vineyard was planted in early 2018, and the first harvest took place in fall of 2020. We produced our first Dickson Reserve Red Blend in June 2022 (its quite tasty!). Because it is a working vineyard, there is weekly maintenance scheduled on property. We never start landscapers before 9am and will try to give you a heads up.
The property owners live next door should you have any questions!
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent property.
