Wonderful Getaway

The carriage house was beautiful! The location was great! Only complaints were the alarm on the door was annoying, and the bathroom was downstairs and bedroom upstairs.

Great place for vacation

The Deauville carriage house is ideal for a couple. It is bright with modern decoration setting your mood for vacation time @ Rosemary beach. The location is excellent, as it is 3 min walk from the beach and from the restaurants. We strongly recommend it, and we look forward to renting it again when we return to 30A Florida.

Fantastic stay! A little tight for a family, but great location and fantastic property. The only reason I put 4 stars in lieu of 5 was because the bed was either wildly soft or thin, maybe both. My pregnant wife didn't sleep most of the trip. That could also be preference. Otherwise, would book again! Lastly, the management and communication was seamless.

Wonderful Cottage - awesome location

This place was exactly as advertised. My wife and I loved it. Our only issue was the bad weather that came and ended our stay early. The management staff was attentive and the place was beautiful. We'll definitely return!

Perfectly lovely cottage & location!

Just what we were looking for...heart of Rosemary, super clean & nicely appointed! Enjoyed the bikes, pools, restaurants, shops and of course thrilled to be steps away from the glorious beach! I'd suggest 2 beach towels as an added amenity, tough to fly with & plenty of room to store in the generous bath. Can't wait to return...

Great location

Property is in a great location. Pictures make space appear larger than it is. No spices or seasoning available which is unfortunate. Checkin and communication were very good!
