Hi Ellen, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear that your experience at the property was not as expected; however, we would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few points. The property is presented exactly as shown in the photo gallery in the ad. These images have been taken by a professional team without the use of distorting angles, in order to faithfully reflect the reality of the space. Also, detailed information is included in the description of the advertisement so that guests have a clear idea of what to expect at the time of booking. We are sorry if the property did not meet your expectations. We are sorry if the property did not meet your expectations, Clara, your hostess, was attentive to your stay, trying to meet your requirements and providing assistance at all times. Regarding the water outage for two days, we understand that it was a nuisance; however, it is a situation that can occur in the village and on the island. For these cases, the property has a water cistern as a preventive measure. We appreciate all the comments, as they help us to improve the quality of our services. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future. Best regards, The Holidu Team.

Hello Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are pleased that you enjoyed the beautifully situated property and its lovely views. We try to make the layout of properties and amenities as clear as possible when we create our listings. This way, guests can have a clear understanding of what to expect at the property prior to booking. It was unfortunate if you missed in the amenities that a roof terrace and iron is not provided. We hope this did not bother your stay too much, and we are pleased that the host provided an iron upon your request. We regret the issue with the electricity, and would like to mention that we have not had such issue in the past. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. The host is always available and committed to making their guests' stay most comfortable. If there is anything you require during your stay, it is important to contact your host, and they will gladly do their best to assist. In case of any communication issue, you can always turn to our international team at Holidu, who will be happy to assist you to resolve any situation or doubt as best as possible. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve our services for the future, and hope to welcome you to a Holidu property again soon. Team Holidu.
