Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Mackinaw Timbers Cabins. Our cabin was very clean and comfortable and property is very well maintained, safe and convenient. The property manager Kim was amazing with communication and was very helpful to recommend places to go in the area. I highly recommend Mackinaw Timbers Cabins.

Cozy and peaceful Michigan retreat!

These cabins are tiny and adorable, and finished so nicely, leaving as much history intact as possible. Everything i could need for a few days' stay was included, tucked into nooks or hooks and making great use of the cozy space. the heater worked instantly, making the room perfectly toasty when the nights got chilly. The water heater gave ACTUAL steamy showers (something so rare in rentals) One thing i particularly loved were the little individual coffee pour over pods- such a handy thing and gave me a perfect cup every day. loved the orginal latch hardware windows, when the weather was warm i would prop open a window and let the breeze flutter the curtains. Definitely staying here again. the only possible thing i would have to say that isn't positive- if you like cotton sheets, bring your own. the bedding was a slippery polyester that left me sweaty, and i wound up borrowing cotton sheets for most of my stay. Mattress was comfy, though! great place with great communication from host
