Nestled on nearly an acre of waterfront at the southern tip of Lake Norman, this charming three-bedroom, two-bath retreat offers all the right ingredients for a serene and soul-soothing getaway.

Step inside and feel instantly at ease. The one-level layout makes for easy access, and the open-concept design creates a bright, welcoming space for everyone to gather. The living room is anchored by a plush sectional and large Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or lazy lake days. The dining area, with seating for six, flows right into the fully stocked kitchen—complete with an island and extra bar seating so the chef can cook with company.

Sleeping arrangements are simple and cozy, with three lovely bedrooms designed for restful nights. The primary suite offers a queen bed, en suite bathroom, and peaceful lake views through classic plantation shutters. A second queen bedroom and a twin room with a trundle share a hallway bathroom, making this home ideal for families, couples, or small groups of friends.

Step out back, and you'll know exactly why it's called A Wave From It All. A full acre of yard space invites you to run, roam, and relax. Fire up the grill for dinner, then gather around the fire pit to roast s'mores, tell stories, and watch the stars come out—firewood provided, of course! Down at the water's edge, you'll find a covered dock perfect for parking your rental boat or simply sunbathing the day away.

Feeling adventurous? Grab one of the two kayaks or stand-up paddle boards and explore the calm coves right from your backyard. The water is just steps away, and the gentle shoreline makes for easy launching and quiet moments at the lake.

We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

📌 Important Notes for Your Stay:
🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
