The property is located less than 0.5 miles from the heart of Wicker Park filled with shops, restaurants and a farmer’s market every Sunday. 10 minute walk to the Blue Line to O’Hare and Downtown. The house is less than 3 miles to Wrigley Field and the United Center. It’s within 5 miles to Millennium Park, the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier and the Art Institute.

The front entrance doorbell has a ring camera that has visibility to those going in and out. There is also a camera over the side door and back porch. There are no other cameras anywhere on the property.
