This beautiful waterfront island property is located in St. Petersburg, Florida. Located on Coquina Key Island, this has been refurbished.

The property is located 8 minutes from downtown St Petersburg and 15 minutes from the nation's famous white sand beach in St Pete.


Take your paddle boards or kayaks and you'll be out on the open waters of Tampa Bay in less than 3 minutes.

The residence has a boat, which renters can rent on a daily or long-term basis. It may be operated as a bareboat without a captain.

The house also comes with a pool heater.

Nice home on the intercoastal

Nice property for a family vacation with easy access to downtown St Petersburg. The listing was accurate, and the house is in a quiet neighborhood on Coquina Key. Cool artwork and sculptures as well.
