In the house: sun terrace, air conditioning. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, bar 900 m, bus stop "Moraira" 1.4 km, railway station "Teulada" 6.9 km, ferry "Denia" 2.5 km. Great Outside Spaces

Split level accomodation was perfect for our needs with seperate entrance to downstairs 'suite'. All of your needs in the villa and the outside spaces including a very large pool are amazing. We'd love to stay again with an easy, almost level walk to the Beach and Town of Moraira.

Not bad. Not great

We did not use the first floor because it was to moist and we found live cockroaches. The downstair toilet was always running. No aircondition on the first floor.The second floor was small but nice. The airconditions is new. One of the bedrooms do not have aircontidion. Small but good kitchen. The furitures could be upgraded. We did som cleaning when we arrived to get it up to our standard. We received a set of eight keys to open the villa. The pool is bil but shallow. Tiles are falling loose.

Geen fijn huis ondiep zwembad en beneden is het niet echt een tweede badkamer gewoon een ruimte achter een scherm.

Necesita muchas mejoras

La parte de la piscina fenomenal, pero la habitación q está abajo con un baño grande, muy mal, muchísima humedad, olor a moho en los armarios, camas malísimas con somieres de muelles, no está para q duerma nadie en ella en esas condiciones. El resto de la casa, los muebles son bastante más viejos q lo q sé en las fotos.

Schöne Außenanlage, Mobilar ist in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch alles sehr sauber, bis auf die Küchenschubladen. Super Betreuung mit sofortiger Mängelabstellung..Wir würden dieses Haus noch einmal mieten!

Moraira 2021

Très bon séjour dans la maison dans l'ensemble, piscine grande et agréable et une belle vue. Attention, la maison voisine ne tolère pas du tout la musique, même en pleine journée avec le volume au minimum... De plus, le sol de la piscine est détérioré, il faudrait une rénovation.
