Cozy Coastal Ocean Block Condo, Mid town with a pool!!

Welcome to our cozy clean and comfortable condo! Just steps away from the beach or a refreshing pool to swim in. Located across the street is Fager's Island where the sunsets are incredible. Bad Monkey, Alley Oops, Dunkin Donuts, Fractured Prune and many more great places within walking distance. Relax on back deck enjoying the sound of the waves or enjoy coffee in the morning watching the sunrise.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
1. This condo is on the 3rd floor (no elevator)
2. You get two parking spaces
3. We do not supply any linens for beds (sheets, pillow cases or blankets) Bath towels or any toiletries are also not supplied
4. Per condo rules NO PETS ALLOWED
5. No Smoking of any kind in the Condo
6. We do not rent to high school seniors or their parents renting for them.
7. Must be 25 or older to rent

Great location!

We stayed during 4th of July. Beach was very crowded and this condo was in a perfect location to walk to beach, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. We traveled from out of state and were not able to bring our own linens, but Tina was very helpful to arrange linens through the housekeeping service for a very reasonable fee. It was a great trip for the teens and adults.

Our family vacation at this condo was perfect. The condo has a lot of space and was extremely clean. Check-in was very easy and the host had excellent communication. We loved the location of the condo as well. We went to Mackeys, Johnny’s pizza, Bad Monkey, Dunkin, and fractured prune. The walk to the beach is very easy and quick. We took advantage of the linen package and it was well worth it. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo.

We had a great stay at this condo in OC! The condo was very clean, updated, nicely decorated and a great location. Tina was a great host. My entire experience was AMAZING from ease of every single aspect. Location in midtown is perfect because you’re so close to everything but you’re not caught in the chaos. Beach so close, parking location, even condo location in the complex!!

Cute condo, great location!

Stayed with a group of 6 (3 couples) and we fit comfortably. The beds were all very comfy, including the pull out memory foam sofa bed. Great location within walking distance to Fractured Prune, Sunsations and several great going out spots including Fagers Island, Mackys and Seacrets. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The pool was a good size and very refreshing! Would stay again!

2024 OC Vacation

We had a wonderful time! The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for me, my husband, daughter and niece. Short walking distance to the beach and coastal highway. Tina was so accommodating and wonderful to communicate with. Such a great experience and can’t wait to visit again.
