This beautifully updated luxury lake home is designed for comfort, connection, and year-round adventure. With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, making it ideal for large families or group getaways.
The main level features an inviting open concept layout where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together. Vaulted ceilings and expansive windows frame sweeping lake and mountain views, filling the home with natural light. A large fireplace anchors the living room, creating a warm and welcoming space after a day on the water or slopes.
The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area is positioned to take full advantage of the views, with additional seating extending the gathering space onto the outdoor patio.
The primary suite is located on the main floor and includes a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, guests will find three additional queen bedrooms, a shared full bathroom, and a bunk room with four built-in twin bunks. A bonus upstairs game room provides extra space for entertainment, board games, and relaxing.
Outdoor living is a standout feature of this home. A large west-facing patio and backyard overlook the lake and West Mountain Range, offering incredible sunset views. Guests can enjoy the private hot tub, propane fire pit, and grill for easy outdoor dining and relaxation.
Additional amenities include in-home laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games, central heating and air conditioning, and keyless entry. Please note the home is not pet friendly. Aside from a locked garage bay and select storage areas, the entire home is available for guest use.
With year-round accessibility, lake access just steps away, and Tamarack Resort only a short drive, this property offers an ideal base for both summer and winter adventures.

Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were inside and/or outside the house at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed in or on the property. Any evidence found will incur an automatic $500 charge, plus additional monies for damages.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage found at departure will incur additional charges.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: Please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill` if the hot tub is left excessively dirty and unable to be cleaned by a routine hot tub servicing after your departure.
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!
