Pictures look better than what they seem

Pool was not working by properly or cleaned Trash when arrived in back yard and in porch area. Door was rotted and bent but said was us and did insurance claim Still a nice place just not what we thought

Amazing stay, loved this place!

What a gem! The house itself is so cute and the finishes are really handsome. We loved this place. Close to all my favorite beaches. Spent the day on the beaches and the night swimming in the pool. Also located in between two favorite hot spots for nightlife, St. Petersburg Central street and Pass a grill Beach. I can’t say enough good things about the property and Kyle. Kyle was communicative, prompt and so helpful in making our stay 5 star. We will definitely be renting again in the future visits to the area. Thanks Kyle! 5 stars!
