Renovated kitchen and bathrooms, a/c, washer/dryer in mudroom next to kitchen with new appliances incl built-in microwave and ss dw, real hardwood floors and is all on one level, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths (one with tub) outdoor shower, this clean and light-filled space includes new white wood window shades, 8'-6 ceilings, open front porch with wicker furniture/rocking chair/settee/hanging porch swing, back yard- new large back yard deck with dining table/chairs seats 8. The yard includes new cedar wood outdoor shower (not toxic vinyl!) 3 lounging areas and ask about the 1 rm guest cottage (w/queen bed, kitchen, fp, high ceilings!) that is also for rent! (See other ad)Verizon Wifi, 3 smart tvs. No parties or large gatherings or large groups or extra guests without written approval. The charming town/Main St is 1 block away has all the restaurants and shopping, theatre and cafes and spas. & take a short bike ride- under 1 mile to beach- parking spot at the beach available if you book early! The train to NYC and local towns is right in town, so No car needed, but if you have one we have a driveway that fits 2 cars. (+free street parking in front) Bedding and towels for extra $250 fee for short stays (The cleaners charge extra to makes beds and wash bedding). one small dog on approval-Use public sidewalks and pickup after!
