Provided: shampoo/conditioner, soap, bedding, linens, pillows, black-out roller shades, bath towels, toilet paper, small ironing board, iron, blow dryer, TV in Primary Suite only.

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances include an electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, small microwave, toaster & Keurig. Please use cutting board provided, do not cut on butcher block countertop.
Provided: Dishes, pots & pans, bakeware, flatware, utensils, glasses, knives, a dozen assorted K-Cups, cream & sugar, paper towels, trash bags, minor cleaning supplies, kitchen soap, limited spices, olive oil, & butter.

Main Living Space: The open concept living area features an oversized sofa, relaxing lounge chairs and styled décor to compliment the incredible existing terrazzo floors. Heading toward the back patio you pass a mid-century Saarinen dining table and chairs to your right and a modern workspace to your left overlooking the golf course.

NOT PROVIDED: Food or pantry items, extensive toiletries, personal items.
PLEASE NOTE: All paper products, trash bags and cleaning supplies are provided but not unlimited. If your group uses more than the standard amount, you will need to purchase separately.

Vacation and graduation near the beach

The Clubhouse is super clean, has a wonderful ambiance due to the privacy and naturally filtered view through the trees to the golf course. The home and furnishings are very comfortable, with terrazzo floors throughout, shades to assist with sun control, and perfect AC temps to provide an oasis from the heat and sun that we took in from visits to the beach 10 minutes away. We had a black-tie event one evening, loved the full-length mirrors so useful in getting ready to shine. Proximity of the home to anywhere we wanted or needed to be, was perfect!

Perfect place for visiting Melbourne

Spent almost 2 weeks learning more about the area and spending time with son who is attending Florida Tech. House was well equipped and made it easy to stay at home and cook. Very clean and also had a wonderful enclosed back porch. I loved sitting out back in the evenings and hearing all the sounds of nature. Communication.with owner was timely and efficient. Location was perfect for being just about in the middle of Melbourne. Beach was just a few minutes away. Very clean. Neighbors very nice. I will definitely be coming back. I new this was the right place when my wife said only 5 minutes into the stay she loved it.

Look no longer... this is your next rental

This house is absolutely precious. After driving 12 hours it was so nice to walk into such a clean and welcoming house. We also brought our dog ( her first vacation) The master bed is so comfy (which is so hard to find in a rental)! We were just so happy with this gem! The owners made sure we knew they were there for us if needed and even gave some recommendations on places to order Thanksgiving dinner from. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for making the perfect place for us to come and visit our daughter and fiancée.

A Modern Styled House in Quiet Melbourne Neighborhood

We stayed here for 3 nights during Parent's Weekend at Florida Tech. The house was nicely decorated in a minimalist style. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to FIT's campus (less than half a mile), which was our main reason for renting it. The house itself, backs onto Melbourne Golf Course. The house itself has been remodeled to a high standard. The house was clean and had basic supplies kitchen wise. We started our day enjoying our coffee on the screened in back porch, watching the local rabbits go by. Due to the home's age, the main bathrooms are small in size but tastefully decorated. There is a carport attached outside, which will help keep your car cool during the Florida heat. The house is close to Historic Downtown Melbourne (5 mins) and we enjoyed eating out there each night. The house is a short 15-20 minute drive to the East Coast beaches, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. We will definitely rent here again! We also brought our dog with us, which was an added bonus.

New toilet seats were not securely bolted to the toilets (dangerous for 94 year old), dishes were in the dishwasher and we didn't know if they were clean. TV remote was missing - TV's did not work - roku remote did not work, so we sat at night just looking at each other waiting for bedtime. Remote for living room light did not work so we could not turn off the light at night and slept with the light on. Outdoor trash can had pizza boxes, yard waste and other trash from previous renter & recycle can was full of trash. Had trouble at first getting dryer to work.

We are sorry you had issues with the house technology, we inspected all these items after you left the other day and they seem to be working order… I know you did figure out the dryer as we had just had routine maintenance on it prior to your stay. It would have been very helpful for you to have the app downloaded on your phone so you could have communicated with us as owners. We didn’t hear from you the whole stay and checked in frequently, with no response. We pride ourselves on immediately attending to any issues or concerns.

Clean Florida Home

The property was clean and comfortable for our family’s Florida get away and visit with family. It wasn't until I left the area to pursue a career in architecture in the northeast that I began to truly appreciate this incredible place I call home. I've been back several years now with my husband and business partner and it's a absolute privilege to share this community with you!

Step out your back door to play 18 holes or hit up the driving range at the Crane Creek Reserve golf course! If your not into golf, downtown Melbourne is a mile east and the beaches another few miles over the bridge of the Indian River.

Celebrating this mid-century home, our newly completed renovation makes The Clubhouse an amazing place to unwind after a full day of touring the Space Coast or a great home away from home to work from.

What makes this property unique

The décor showcases the existing mid-century modern terrazzo - an absolute show stopper! 'Old Florida' images from before the turn of the century can be found throughout The Clubhouse plus some 50s/60s photos paying homage to the Space Race that shaped this area.
