Absolutely the best location for an Arizona getaway! This classic ranch-style home features an open floor plan with natural color schemes, designer furnishings and stunning artwork. Enjoy breakfast sitting in the dining room or go outside to the deck and soak in the year round sunshine. An ideal spot for exploring all the outdoor activities and nightlife in nearby Scottsdale, Phoenix and Tempe. A great place for family and friends, you will love this home away from home in Phoenix!
The Space:
Recently remodeled throughout, the property includes a full kitchen with brand new appliances, including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room has brand new sofa which can accommodate additional guests. Smart HDTV with free WiFi connection, private backyard and dedicated driveway.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Upon arrival, please enter through the front door of the main house. Directions for access, parking, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on Airbnb. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.
The Neighborhood:
Located between Downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale, the home is a great spot from which to access both hubs. There's a grocery store and a selection of good restaurants within walking distance. Tempe is also a short drive away, as is the airport.
Getting Around:
The house is very centrally located. Is is very easy to get everywhere you need to go via uber or lyft, or if you prefer renting a car there are 2 driveway spots plus street parking for you.
Other Things to Note:
If you arrive with a pet, we do require a pet fee of $50 per pet. This is to cover the increased cost of cleaning. We always expect that your pets are picked up after, and we welcome them to our home!
This property is equipped with indoor and outdoor noise monitors in common spaces to prevent parties.
