This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is on the first floor and has all updated appliances and a pull out couch as well! The complex has amenities such as a pool, hot tub, and brand new tennis court. There is a laundry room located on the side of the building that is coin operated.
Guest Access:
You will have one parking space that is covered and any other space that is uncovered is open for all guests to use.
Getting Around:
If you need a rental car, you can book it with Royal Rentals, as they also offer delivery and pickup of the car at your desired location: www.zerobits.xyz/ct-luxury
Other Things to Note:
This property is equipped with indoor and outdoor noise monitors in common spaces to prevent parties.
