Minutes from Center Hill, Dale Hollow, Tim’s Ford, Cummins Falls, Caney Fork, Burgess Falls, Fall Creek Falls & Rock Island. Firepits, porch swings, outdoor stock-tank Hillbilly hot tub, smart TVs, full kitchen, washer/dryer, blackout curtains, on-demand tankless hot water heater, AC/heat mini-split and wall unit upstairs. In between Nashville, Knoxville & Chattanooga. Not pet-friendly due to family with severe allergies, but we can provide boarding info upon request. Great retreat with the out of town feel yet close to town

This property is beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and close to town. Gave us the quiet, relaxing retreat that we needed. Owners were awesome and quick to respond.

Romantic Weekend

We had a nice time. The property was very clean and desirable. The owners stocked it with many things that are not often included in a rental. The only hiccup was the heating. There was only one unit and the cold snap proved more than it could handle. We saw other comments about the air conditioning, so this was not totally unexpected. The owners also had an abundance of throws and blankets available. The area was lovely and we enjoyed the overall stay.

Very cute cottage. Nicely done. Special touches like flavored water provided. The 2nd bedroom is at top of somewhat tall flight of stairs which older people may not want to attempt if getting up in middle of night. Bathroom on main level only. Plenty of room to move around or gather outside. Quiet area just outside Cookeville city limits.

Perfect place!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little place. Everything was so perfect! The place was very clean and peaceful!! We would recommend this place to everyone! Carol and Tim were great hosts and they were very informative! We loved everything about our stay!!
