Spacious 3 bedroom (plus a bonus room), 3 bathroom private home in ideal Southold location. Heated outdoor saltwater pool, newly renovated kitchen, boat launch at end of street. 1.2 miles to goose creek beach, 1 mile to town, and 1 mile to many vineyards. Main floor has 2 living areas, dining room, kitchen, full bath and mudroom with washer/dryer. 2nd floor has bedrooms and 2 full baths. Covered front porch with lighting.

Your host
We are a family of 4 that have always loved spending time on the North Fork. We finally took the plunge and bought the home that we hope to retire in to use for ourselves as well as rent. We live in Nassau County.
