Heated outdoor saltwater pool, newly renovated kitchen, boat launch at end of street. 1.2 miles to goose creek beach, 1 mile to town, and 1 mile to many vineyards. Main floor has 2 living areas, dining room, kitchen, full bath and mudroom with washer/dryer. 2nd floor has bedrooms and 2 full baths. Covered front porch with lighting.
