This light and bright newly remodeled 3 bedroom home is located in a quiet gated community in South Mountain and is perfect for your golf getaway! Close to Spring Training Stadiums. Located 5 minutes away from the Legacy Golf Course, the Raven Golf Course and the Arizona Grand Golf Resort, this serene home is centrally located on South Mountain and just 10 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. The kitchen features brand new appliances, was just recently renovated and is stocked with everything you need to cook or entertain. This home is bathed in natural light, has vaulted ceilings and feels spacious and open. All 3 bedrooms plus a loft are located upstairs. Inside the gates, the pool and spa is a short 3 min walk from the house. Hikers will enjoy the beauty of South Mountain preserve just across the street and bike rentals are available in the nearby Arizona Grand Resort through Cactus Adventures. Homebase for an event

This property really suited our needs. The beds were most comfortable as was the furniture in the family room and living room. Enjoyed sitting on the patio. We found the pictures of the pool to be deceiving in that it was very small and looked very large in the pictures. Would have appreciated a notebook with instructions on how to use the nest, nearby restaurants and grocery stores, perhaps a few games in the house to use. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice. The beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen, bathrooms and living room areas were spacious and seating comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the patio area in the sunshine in the morning. The shrubs were in full bloom. The house was close to grocery and pharmacies. Also we used Any Time Fitness which was maybe 10 minutes away. We walked along the canal in the mornings. It was not far from downtown Scottsdale, Papago Park, and the Heard Museum.

Phoenix Gem

Property is just as described and pictures are a great representation of the property. It was very clean. We had six adults and everyone was comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The house is well appointed and super easy access to the Phoenix airport. Kitchen is well equipped. We made several meals while there. The electronic keypad for the door entry was very easy to use. Alexa was excellent with communication. We would definitely stay again.
