Welcome to paradise! Bring the whole family to enjoy some of the most beautiful, peaceful and least crowded beaches on the NC coast. North Topsail Beach offers seclusion from the hustle & bustle of downtown island life, and is itself a getaway within a vacation destination. The north end is truly serene, and the colors popping from the back deck sunset views are breathtaking. Come enjoy the expansive accommodations, the beach, the pool (seasonal*) and all the amenities Topsail Island has to offer!

This is a 4 bed, 4 bath spacious beach house with plenty of decking to enjoy the most spectacular sunset views on the island. Enjoy dry weather entry from under the carport, and ride the elevator if you'd like from the bottom all the way to the top floor master! Bamboo and tile flooring throughout, with a fully stocked kitchen, beach themed furnishings, ceiling fans throughout, and multiple wall-mounted 4K Smart Roku TVs. Each bedroom features style, luxurious linens and access to a private deck. Home also features a Polywood dining set and several adirondacks for your outdoor comfort and style. There's even a desk and chair for getting some work done on your trip!

Get ready to do as much or as little as you would like, it's time to relax & unwind on island time :)

Linens & bath towels are provided! Bedrooms are:
-Bedroom 1: King bed (master with ensuite bath) on its own separate floor
-Bedroom 2: King bed (master with ensuite bath)
-Bedroom 3: Two Twin beds
-Bedroom 4: Queen bed and Full/Twin bunk bed
Note that bedrooms 2-4 are all on the same floor.

We provide many beach items on site including chairs, umbrella, skim boards, etc. There are also multiple rental shops on the island available to meet all of your additional home & beach rental needs! (see digital guidebook sent upon booking)

Elevator - Runs from ground level all the way to the top, covering all three livable floors! Extremely rare.

Pool - The pool is shared among only 4 townhomes, and we have great neighbors! We just ask that our guests be courteous & respectful of other owners and their ability to peacefully enjoy the pool as well.

*Note: The pool is seasonal, and is currently CLOSED for the 2025 season (as of 10/1/25). The pool generally opens each year in May before Memorial Day, and remains open through Sep/Oct as weather permits.

Gorgeous views

This house was perfect for our group of 10 adults. Plenty of space and a nicely stocked kitchen. The views are absolutely breathtaking and we spent most of our weekend hanging out on the balcony just enjoying the scenery.

This property is beautiful inside & out, and features everything your large group needs for some R&R away at the beach. Enjoy the vast coastline of sandy beaches, take a dip in the pool, and unwind on the back deck with a drink at sunset. For rainy days we've equipped the house with several 4K smart Roku TVs and a DVD player, plus a few books and games. With ample space to sprawl out, this home with its intrigue and views will keep you wanting to come back again & again. It features a gorgeous master suite with king bed on the top floor, a well-equipped kitchen for nights you want to cook with open sightlines to the living room and sound side marsh beyond, and three additional bedrooms on the lower level. High quality linens will provide for restful nights after long days of exploring & sightseeing the many treasures of Topsail.

Expansive decks front and back on each level, outdoor shower, and located in PARADISE! A digital guidebook from the owners will be sent to you after booking confirmation, with information about your stay and local attractions, etc. Further, a welcome starter supply package will be provided for you at the time of your arrival.
