This 4-bedroom, 3-bath retreat sleeps up to 10 and offers the rare combination of a private saltwater pool and spa, direct canal access with a private dock and boat slip, and a short walk or drive to Vanderbilt Beach. Guests love this location for the waterfront views and unforgettable sunsets.

Inside, the home features a bright, open layout with multiple living areas and natural light throughout. Comfortable furnishings, Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, central A/C, and in-home laundry make settling in easy for both short stays and longer escapes. All TVs include YouTube TV (live TV/cable-style programming). The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and generous counter space for easy meals at home.

Outdoor living is the highlight. Enjoy the private saltwater pool and spa within a screened lanai, plus a covered outdoor seating area with TV. The home also includes an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor shower—perfect after beach days or time on the water. We appreciated the labor of love and resilience that went into creating this welcoming, comfortable home. Its location is convenient to the beach, the town of Naples and grocery and retail shopping. Outdoor setup is beautiful - it would have been better if we could control hot tub ourselves - that being said the property manager always responded immediately to requests to turn on.
