This stunning, spacious 3 bedroom home, with water views from every room, and a heated gunite pool, will be your dream-come-true vacation rental. You will be minutes away from several gorgeous beaches as well as 1 mile from the lively and historic village of Sag Harbor. Decorated to a high standard, the house itself is set on a landscaped acre and overlooks a large saltwater cove in front and a tidal pond/nature preserve in back -- a tranquil and unspoiled place to unwind.

The house is light-filled and roomy (2500 sq ft) and features a partial open-plan living room with fireplace, a large gourmet kitchen with island seating, a full dining room, 3 bedrooms (the upstairs master has it’s own large deck and private entrance), a family room, 2 full baths and an enclosed outdoor shower as well as a charming screened front porch. The spacious family room has a sofa bed and can be used as a 4th bedroom.

Both floors open to extensive decking (1500 sq ft) making it easy for you and your family to experience gracious indoor/outdoor summer living and entertaining as you enjoy the dramatic sunsets and water views.


Two beaches with lifeguards are only 1 mile away and the magnificent south shore ocean beaches can be reached in just 15 minutes. A 3 minute stroll down the street, brings you to our local scenic beach --perfect for for birdwatching and beachcombing. Two bicycles , a double kayak and free community tennis, are offered for your enjoyment .

All in all, our home will provide an extraordinary vacation for beach lovers, nature lovers, and anyone who appreciates the chic, sophisticated and charming historic village of Sag Harbor.

I do not accept "Instant" bookings. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a booking is cancelled 3 months before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. This will be spelled out in a brief rental agreement.

We spent a terrific holiday weekend at Lynn's beautiful home. The setting and beautifully landscaped yard and pool made for a perfect place to soak up the first rays of summer! The house itself was spacious, clean and filled with natural light.We especially enjoyed the location which is the perfect blend of privacy and proximity to town. We had a fantastic time at this North Haven gem. The property is magical - idyllic,
with gorgeous views, extensive decking and a wonderful salt water pool. Ideal
location just minutes from Sag Harbor. The owners are an absolute pleasure, and

This home was perfect for a long weekend with family. The views of water on both side of the home were special and made us feel so very "on vacation" right away. The home is up to date, the kitchen great to cook in, and the lay out conducive to all the activities you'd hope for- eating as a group, relaxing and talking on the couches, or watching a movie in the den. As far as leaving the house, you're quite close to charming Sag Harbor, as well as several beaches. All in all, just what we'd hoped for. Date of Stay

Our family was excited about the promise of a rental described as a luxury home just
outside the village of Sag Harbor. The home lived up to expectations. It is a contemporary home, with an interesting and open layout, wonderfully decorated, and with lots of places for us to gather and enjoy each others' company for a birthday weekend. The home has pond views in front and rear. The views are completely relaxing and the home takes maximum advantage of them, with lots of light and air circulating. The home was clean. All of our contacts with the owner were timely and clear. Sadly, the autumn weather was not conducive to much time outside, but the decks and pool must be fabulous in warmer weather. Our family did enjoy outdoor sports, from running to paddle boarding, and those options were close at hand and a big part of the attraction for us. We love Sag Harbor, and we have already recommended this property to another family member.

This is a fantastic house just minutes outside of Sag Harbor....very comfortable interior, wonderful large living room, kitchen and dining areas, all the amenities you could want from a vacation home, water views on both sides of the house, fantastic pool and backyard with a very large multi-level deck perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing in the sun. We have stayed here three years in a row and cannot wait for our next trip back. The owner is a pleasure to work with as well.

I LOVED this home and property--beautiful and comfortable designer home featuring
gorgeous views of ponds in the front and backyards. Wonderful decking off the
main floor and off the master bedroom featuring the same views. We loved swimming
in the refreshing pool (no need to heat it in August). Perfect location- 5 minutes from
town of Sag Harbor but in a quiet and picturesque street. Owners of the home were
eager to make us happy and were a pleasure to deal with. Also, owners promptly
returned full security deposit. Many of our guests asked if the house was for sale.
In fact, I too would be happy to own this house if I wasn't building a home of my own.

We greatly enjoyed our month here. The listing description was very accurate, so there were no surprises. The house was comfortable and nicely laid out, well-screened to allow ample cross-ventilation throughout, and the one problem we anticipated -- having to share the one upstairs bathroom between the master and our son's bedrooms -- never really materialized. But the backyard was the real selling point, with a gorgeous pond view beyond a willow tree that can only be described as idyllic and that is equally accessible from a terrace overlook outside the upstairs master. Good closet space. Great location -- three minutes' drive over the Memorial Bridge from Sag Village. Also a short walk down a pretty, tree-lined street from a local beach -- perfect for an early-morning or end-of-day stroll. Very quiet. And equally important, the owners are a dream: could not have been more pleasant, thoughtful and accommodating (whoever heard of being afforded complimentary use of a car with beach pass?) -- a distinct and welcomed change from so many Hamptons experiences! Only negatives: a few rather tired appliances, which we understand have been fully refurbished. So if you're seeking a simple, pretty, well-located and hassle-free Sag Harbor experience, this is worth a serious look.

I have rented this property for two years in a row during the summertime, it is perfect.
One immediately feels relaxed. I highly recommend this home for those who want a little piece of home away from home, it has ample space, great rooms and a BEAUTIFUL setting.
