This home newly renovated in September 2021 has lots of charm with everything you need. Located at the North End of Newport on 65th St, this family-friendly strip of Beach is a quick bike ride to both Newport & Huntington Piers while still a quick walk to local restaurants.

Our 2 bed/1 bath home offers 1 Queen, 2 Singles, 2 Parking Spaces & AC!!! Also provided Smart TV, WiFi, Linens, Boogie Boards, & Beach Chairs/Toys

Located on the 2nd Level of a 2 Unit Building, this 2nd floor Apt has one of the best views in all of Newport Beach. If you have ever rented on the water in Newport, I'm sure you can say this view beats almost all other locations set 2-5x further back from the water.

Guests can access Left Garage & parking spot in driveway behind, as well as the upstairs unit.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit

- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, ect.
-Crib/Pack n' Play must be requested prior to your stay.
-Must sign a liability waiver in order to use our boogie boards.
-This is the upper (2nd Level) of a duplex home.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected.
- You will not have access to the ground level patio
- Home has (1) set of stairs when entering the home from front door.
-(2) Designated parking spots are provided, (1) garage and (1) tandem driveway spot located on the LEFT Side of the property.
- You will not have access to the Right Garage or Driveway Parking.
-Garage is suitable for Mid size SUVs , compact vehicles are recommended.
-This Home does not include a washer or dryer (there is a laundromat nearby)
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

Excellent Location with Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay, even though the property had a few minor issues. The location was terrific, and the view from the property was beautiful. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The property manager, Branden, was excellent. This company goes above and beyond, accommodating every need. I recommend staying at any of the Tower 17 properties. We had a wonderful time.

Nice place, inaccurate location

Lovely little place right on the beach. Everything was clean and the management company communicated well. The location in the listing places the property closer to downtown on the balboa peninsula. It is actually about a mile away from there. While this was a surprise, it was not an unpleasant surprise. All along the neighborhood was several nice playgrounds that our small children loved almost as much as the beach.

Stunning View

The view was amazing. I was able to see dolphins everyday from the comfort of the living room. The property manager was wonderful answering questions and assisting me immediately. A great stay!
