We ask that alcohol be used responsibly. We are a family property in a neighborhood and can not have alcohol used irresponsibly on site.
The pool is use at your own risk. Pool is open approximately May 30 to September 15. The pool is not heated.

Spacious accommodations! Just like the photos, the pool was perfect and sparkling clean. Perfect place to cut down on screen time and connect with family. Gracious and responsive hostess who was flexible to our needs

Great Stay

Overall we had a great experience staying at the house. There were 3 separate families that accommodated us nicely. Just a few things to note: There was only seating for 4 outside; there was a total of 9 of us. Having more seating or at least fold up chairs would have been nice to use. Upon arrival the pool was not cleaned. Before we could swim, it had to be cleaned out. We had to reach out to the property owner right away after we arrived, however we received a quick reaponse and was able to resolve the issue.

Please feel free to reach out realtime next time, and we'll make sure to make a note of that for future guests. Your pool experience is a total surprise, as we had the pool serviced the night before your check-in in order to provide an optimal experience. I wonder if it stormed the next morning, blowing in leaves? The chemicals should all have been balanced, and the pool brushed and ready for you. Hopefully the work was minor, and we apologize for those things which are beyond our control. Thank you for your feedback and stay!

DC Getaway

Rebecca was great to deal with, she was prompt with responses and provided a lot of information about the area. I believe her and her husband only owned the house for about a year, so I’m sure they have some updating projects in the future. The house could use a few upgrades. However, it was priced very well and was very affordable. The only thing I wish they did was have the in-ground pool professionally cleaned, the water was very clear, but the bottom of the pool had dirt and leaves in it. The sides of the pool needed a good scrubbing as well. Overall it was a very positive experience, we would stay there again.

We're so sorry about your experience with the pool, Jeff-- unfortunately the guest prior to your stay locked the pool house door, so our pool service was not able to service it to the level we expect as planned. Glad the water was clean and clear, and we've solved the door problem for future stays!
