Cozy beach feel clean home with Near by restaurants and stores, near by beaches and water park , also arcade/fun family places close by.
Enjoy complimentary water, tea, coffee, snacks, and candy!

I am flexible with check in and check out time depending upon other guest arrival and departure time.

House sleeps 10 +
• MASTER ROOM has queen bed with a double sink bathroom, a big closet and a nice big TV
• BIG GUEST ROOM has two bunk beds, tops are twins and bottoms are fulls with TV and closet
• SMALL GUEST ROOM 2 twin beds with TV and closet
( In the garage you can find a Queen air mattress and futon as well)
*LIVING ROOM has a comfy big couch where you can enjoy relaxing time with friends/family with a 75" TV
*BACK PATIO has a grill and lots of sitting area, you can serve food through kitchen area where window opens wide and so does the sliding door. Nice at night with hanging lights. PRIVATE FENCED IN YARD.

* GAME ROOM in garage where you can play some pool, air hockey, shoot some hoops, play dominoes, board games , puzzles and more also small fridge.

*BABY ITEMS playpen, stroller, car seat, walking chair and snoozing chair where you can find in garage.

*ENJOY WILD LIFE might find some bunnies hopping around the yard, birds hanging out, and squirrels playing on the big front tree, also catch a few owls close by.

HOUSE RULES
*Please be respectful to neighbors and keep quiet after 10pm.

* Up to 2 pets allowed $10/day per pet non-refundable.

*Grill must be wheeled outside for use no grilling inside of the porch and be cleaned after use or there will be a fee of $75.

* If more guest than allowed guest there will be a fee of $50 per guest per night (children are included as guest)

*Any damaged, broken, or missing items there will be a fee, fee will depend on what is damaged, broken, or missing.

*Any of the above rules that are not taken serious will have fees.

Good location, fair priced. Nice offering of snacks, and coffee when we arrived. My littles (13,11,11) loved the game room in the garage. The hot tub was great after a long day. Ac and furnace worked well. Nice to have a washer and dryer so I don’t have to do laundry when I get home. I’m not used to having to turn on the furnace in Florida, but it was in the 40’s. A cookie sheet would be a welcome addition in the kitchen. Family of 7.

Beach feel stay

The property was beautiful well cleaned in a great neighborhood quite only thing is was there was construction going on while we were there giving the fact the area is undergoing major construction still after the hurricanes Had an issue with the management as they try to overcharge me 200 on an extra cleaning fee after saying there was too much dog hair when we swept and cleaned when it was a pet friendly house and try to accuse us of using the barbecue when none of my guest or I used it due to the propane being empty when we got there

So I just want to respond to this review… Construction was not due to hurricane it was due to them constructing city water… about the extra fee it was an extra cleaning fee because as soon as my cleaning lady came in the house she called and said “what a mess that she will take way longer”the excess of dog hair everywhere , couch full of hair everywhere like they had multiple and on the rugs and floor (pics were sent because I always ask for proof) the extra fee was also for bbq wasn’t clean which that I can understand maybe cleaning lady forgot to check after previous guest( fee was never paid I ask once) about the tank being empty there was two full tanks on the side of house which was stated on notes. Other than all the dog hair everything was fine .. thanks

Nice stay!

Nice clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and well stocked. Outside screen is missing after hurricane (totally understandable) but furniture and hot tub still there. No hot water in second bathroom but after a small delay host responded and was very receptive to fixing and even adding a day which was not an option for us but much appreciated. House is great for families or girls weekend. I would recommend staying as well as stay again if in the area.

Home with nice layout for families

We enjoyed the layout of the home and the activities provided in the garage/play room. However, we felt the need to clean up areas before feeling comfortable. The bedding needed to be washed in all three of the bedrooms. The sink in the play room look as if someone blew their nose in it. The only toilet paper and paper towels provided were the ones already on the holders. Be aware this house uses well water so there is a strong sulfur smell to the water. Nice big fenced in yard with jacuzzi, but the screened porch is still not replaced. The AC works great. We enjoyed having tvs in every room.
