Quin's property was spacious and well decorated, with plenty of room for our group of 10 to hang out and move from activity to activity. Communication was prompt and responsive. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and outside seating was ideal for daytime and night time in the desert. We had everything we needed. We had trouble with the oven and reset a breaker for power in the garage, but both of those things were met with prompt communication and suggestions. I'd stay here again and recommend it to others.
The location was excellent. Parking and rooms were spacious. The drive to Joshua Tree was simple and about 20 minutes to the West Entrance. Plenty of room for our 'Jefe' and everyone slept well in the beds! The cabinets throughout looked brand new and were very attractive. Time in the pool was great, but we never went in the hot tub. Kitchen utensils and kitchenware were more than adequate although we did start to run out of room in the fridge! Birthday Cake took up a lotta space! All in All a Great Time at a Very Nice House!

The parking area was spacious. The blue recycle barrel was overflowing as was one of the landfill barrels but, that was a housekeeping issue, not the owner’s. The keyless entry worked smoothly. The house was beautiful and welcoming on the outside and, when we went inside, it exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated, yet very “homey.” We loved it. We were celebrating my 85th birthday with my 3 children, my son’s wife, my daughter’s husband, their two boys, ages 11 and 14, my son-in-law’s Mother and sister. The house was perfect for us. We paid to have the pool heated and it was delightful. The hot tub was clean and a perfect temperature. There were a few games for my “grandboys.” The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. Housekeeping was not the best however management was really responsive to the problems. The oven didn’t work the night of my birthday dinner however, management was genuinely supportive. There were a couple of cleanliness issues but management is responsive.
Had a good week with 9 others. Perfect location to downtown Joshua Tree restaurants, shopping and of course the National Park hiking! Attended the Hwy 62 art fair. Defintiley pay extra to heat the pool and jaccuzzi, lovely seating areas in the back yard. The property is set back from the street and across the street is undeveloped beautiful scenery, especially at sunset.
Host made sure everything proceeded smoothly, eveything felt very natural. Had a good time!

I booked this property for Mother’s Day weekend to treat my elderly mother and aunts to a peaceful getaway, unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The home looked much better online than it did in person. When we arrived, there was a dirty/old smell throughout the house, and several areas were not properly cleaned. The bathrooms, toilets, showers, and kitchen did not feel sanitary, and many things throughout the home were old, worn out, and outdated. The backyard was also disappointing. There were excessive bugs, very poor lighting at night, and the hot tub water appeared dirty and greenish, like it had not been properly maintained. The pool was freezing cold despite the weather being over 100 degrees. One bathroom also had a leak that flooded the floor during our stay. I reported it, but nothing meaningful was done afterward. The most concerning issue was that one of my elderly aunts was sitting at the table when the chair suddenly broke beneath her, causing her to fall to the ground. We had to help her up, and she experienced pain and difficulty sleeping afterward. She now has a medical appointment because of the fall. This was a serious safety concern. I reported it also and nothingOverall, the property felt neglected and very different from the photos posted online. Instead of relaxing, we spent most of the trip uncomfortable and wanting to leave. I would not return or recommend this property, especially for elderly guests. I would rate this stay a 3/10.
