2400 Square feet with 5 bedrooms. Primay bedroom has a king bed and the other 3 bedrooms have queen beds. 5th bedroom can be an office or full bed. Nice size open kitchen that looks into the living and dining area. Bar seating for 4 people.

Main living room/family room has a 65” smart TV. Downstairs area has a spacious additional living room/TV room with a 65” wall mounted Smart TV. Nice backyard with grill and covered patio. 1 car garage. 5 minute drive from Cherry Creek shopping/restaurant district. 4 parks, C

Our host Brian was attentive and responsive to any issues we had, improving the comfort of our stay. The house and sizable, private back yard served us and our dog well. We made good use of the bedroom that was set up with a desk as an office for remote work. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet and very convenient to restaurants, all kinds of shopping, parks, and other interesting parts of Denver.
