The air conditioned garage game room with air hockey, ping pong, arcade game, giant connect 4 game, 55" Roku TV, tables, and chairs.

This was a great place to have our much-needed family meet-up. The house was clean, well-stocked, plenty of parking, and CLEAN. The host was super responsive and helpful with tips and ideas along the way. Overall - we spent TOO MUCH time in the pool. Local ice cream and short walk to the beach meant everything was perfect. We will be back next year.

This home is clean, well maintained, and very family friendly. We had to communicate with the hosts and they got right back to us to resolve the issue. Kitchen is well stocked. Overall it was a very relaxing weekend with family with the wonderful accomodations.

Very nice house. Game room in garage for kids. They spent the rainy evenings there. Was a little stroll to the beach about 1/2 a mile. Not a bad walk though. And this enterence to beach not busy at all. Monster Sundays and ice cream sammiches at 4th street fill station were a big hit on walks home. House was fantastic with screen porch on side and backyard with beautiful pool and waterfall with nice night lighting. Beds were 7/10 comfortable but I’m used to tempurpedic. Recommend your own pillows if you like firmer pillows. Very close to fabulous restaurants. Would stay here again if returned to cocoa beach.

We had a great stay at this property. It's exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is quite as well. The backyard was the highlight for us, we spent most of our time out there enjoying the space. Having the grill was a huge bonus for us. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

This place was beautiful and just as pictured. Host provided everything needed to enjoy a beach day and a place to relax and cool off by the poolside. The beds were so comfortable and the location is great . Would definitely recommend and would love to come back sometime!

This house was perfect for the five of us. The pool was ideal and great for a short plunge and refresh. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. And the host was communicative and eager to please. We would stay again.

What an AMAZING trip. So happy we found this beautiful home at Cocoa Beach. We really enjoyed our stay! Cocoa Beach Break is a comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a great open floor plan, working space, and a fun game room. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of historic downtown Cocoa Beach, this custom decorated house is designed and equipped for a great getaway experience. Enjoy the beach and great downtown restaurants and shops just a short walk away. It's just 3-1/2 blocks to the beach and only 2 blocks to the 4th Street Fillin Station - a great local restaurant and ice cream parlor. It's a perfect getaway for families and couples!

What makes this property unique

We're in a great location that is in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk to the beach, river, and downtown Cocoa Beach area with restaurants, bars, and shops. We've converted the garage into an air conditioned/heated game room with ping pong, air hockey, an arcade game, giant connect 4 game, 55" Roku TV, and tables and stools. The beautifully landscaped backyard features a heated salt water pool, tiki hut, outdoor dining, lounging, and seating areas, and Weber BBQ grill.
